Cancellation and Refund Policy
A valid credit card or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your Max Adrenaline Mobile Video Gaming reservation. There will be NO REFUND in the event of customer cancellation. Max Adrenaline Mobile Video Gaming will make every effort to postpone your event with no additional cost to another date, should cancellation be necessary.
Privacy Policy
Max Adrenaline Mobile Video Gaming is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings with Max Adrenaline Mobile Video Gaming Theater as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
Damage and/or Injury
Max Adrenaline Mobile Video Gaming or any of its employees, agents, or contractors will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above-ground and below-ground property/equipment damage.
Max Adrenaline Mobile Video Gaming reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card or invoice the client for damages, theft, or loss to the trailer or equipment resulting from accidental, careless, or willful damage by client’s guests. Trailer equipment shall include, but not be limited to: the mobile gaming trailer, seating, video game systems, televisions, game controllers, and game discs. Max Adrenaline Mobile Video Gaming or their employees, agents, or contractors assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.
Inclement Weather
Max Adrenaline Mobile Video Gaming trailer is designed for all types of weather conditions, with a theater that is insulated and climate-controlled with heat and air-conditioning. In the event of severe weather, (lightning, heavy snow or ice, very high winds, flooding, and/or extremely heavy rains) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee your safety as well as the safety of your guests, our staff, and equipment.
Laser Tag parties are subject to weather disturbances (no outdoor play in heavy rain or snow). If the party can be moved to a large indoor space, we will can make accommodations. If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or expected ice/snow/rain/windstorm) please contact us immediately to begin the rescheduling process.
Supervised Children
Max Adrenaline Mobile Video Gaming requires a parent or responsible adult to always be present inside or just outside of the trailer. Guests 16 and under require a parent or guardian to be on the property and within contact of the game coach should a need to contact them arise. Guests under the age of 10 will always require a parent or responsible adult in the game theater or Karaoke Theater. While we will do our best to adhere to the wishes of parents and/or adults as to what types of games or game ratings are allowed during an event, it is the responsibility of each parent or guardian to monitor their own child if they choose not to allow them to play certain games. We cannot always monitor each game session of every child, especially during larger events and venues.
Money / Ticket Collection or Pay to Play
For several reasons, such as difficulty in monitoring each individual attendee’s paid status, desired game management of each paid attendee, the potential for specific games to be unavailable for play at all times or be age or skill appropriate for the attendee, and difficulty monitoring every attendee's specific playtime, Max Adrenaline Mobile Video Gaming does NOT allow the booking party to collect money or charge for tickets. Specifically, for the Max Adrenaline Mobile Video Gaming Theater and timed interval play, nor does it allow for a Pay to Play option via wristband or other means, without the prior written consent by Max Adrenaline Mobile Video Gaming. This ensures a smooth flow of attendees at all times with the maximum number of players, flexibility, and ease for the booking party and all the event attendees.
Max Adrenaline Mobile Video Gaming holds the right to cancel an event upon the acknowledgment of the booking party charging attendees to use the Max Adrenaline Mobile Video Gaming Theater specifically or grouped with other individual activities outside of normal event attendance. The booking party will lose any deposit paid (see cancellation policy).
Food or Drinks
In order to provide you with the absolute cleanest and best video game experience possible and protect our equipment, Max Adrenaline Mobile Video Gaming does not allow any food or drinks in the gaming areas.
Restroom
The restroom on the RV is not part of the event package and is not open for public use during and after gameplay. Please be advised to use your own household restrooms for any scheduled booking, likewise if you request the RV to a location other than your home, ensure there is a designated restroom.
Alcohol or Drugs
You may serve alcohol at a Max Adrenaline Mobile Video Gaming event or party. However, we may require an on-site security surcharge and/or security deposit when alcohol is being served. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served.
We will not tolerate drugs of any sort in or around the Max Adrenaline Mobile Video Gaming equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used illegally will result in the party's termination immediately.
Tips
While tipping is not required, it is always appreciated.
Truck and Trailer
When the Max Adrenaline Mobile Video Gaming trailer arrives, we will park in the most leveled and flat area to accommodate your party. Sometimes that requires parking on the street. Please consider informing your neighbors (in case they may object) or let us know if you have a preferred spot. We might also have to block a driveway.
Please keep in mind that our driver will not park anywhere that may cause danger to persons, property, or equipment. Our truck and trailer requires a minimum of 55 feet of space to park. Our driver will not disconnect the truck from the trailer at a party/event without prior approval nor park off a hardened surface.
Game Ratings
Max Adrenaline Mobile Video Gaming we will try to play only the games or game types that you allow. The game theater has games of all ratings and can accommodate many tastes and levels of play. Max Adrenaline Mobile Video Gaming can only check with the Party Host or Hostess.
While we will do our best to adhere to the wishes of the Party Host or Hostess as to what types of games or game ratings are allowed during an event, it is the responsibility of each parent or guardian to monitor their own child if they choose not to allow them to play certain games. We cannot monitor all game session for every child, especially during larger events and venues.
