Q. How Many People can your trailers hold?
Our game theater can hold 12 people comfortably inside our climate-controlled RV. There are two additional 39-inch TVs on the patio and under the awning for an additional 8 guests to play at the same time, weather permitting (no precipitation and/or above 40 degrees).
Q. Is there an age minimum for gamers?
Minimum age required is 5 years old. Children between 5 and 10 years old require parental supervision.
Q. How much space does your RV Theater take up?
We require at least 55ft of level space for parking, plus some room to pull in and out. We usually fit nicely in front of most homes, but it is always good to check with your neighbors to give us a little extra room. Although our drivers are skilled, we prefer to pull straight into the allotted space. Parallel parking a trailer is just not realistic. If your street is narrow, and we will not have the room to turn around, please notify us beforehand.
Q. Where can your Video Game RV Theater be set up?
We are self-contained so we can set up anywhere there is level parking, your home, public parks, businesses, pools, schools, sports fields, churches, community centers, etc.

Q. Is it required to tip the Game Coach?
While tipping is not required, it is always appreciated.
Q. How much do events cost?

Q. Do we need to supervise the party?
Max Adrenaline Mobile Video Gaming requires a parent or responsible adult to always be present inside or just outside of the trailer. Guests 16 and under require a parent or guardian to be on the property and within contact of the game coach should a need to contact them arise. Guests under the age of 10 will always require a parent or responsible adult in the game theatre. While we will do our best to adhere to the wishes of parents and/or adults as to what types of games or game ratings are allowed during an event, it is the responsibility of each parent or guardian to monitor their own child if they choose not to allow them to play certain games. We cannot always monitor each game session of every child, especially during larger events and venues.
Q. Is food and beverages allowed inside the trailer?
We do not allow any food or beverages in our gaming areas.
Q. What about bad weather?
Rain is not an issue since our game truck is enclosed, insulated and in a climate-controlled environment. However, outside gaming areas will be unavailable. If we’re experiencing high winds, ice, lightning, or weather that threaten the safety of our game theater or your guests, we hold the right to reschedule your event to a later date. We will do our best to find a rescheduled time that works best for both parties. Laser Tag held outdoors is subject to weather disturbances ( pouring rain, snow, etc.). If the party can be moved indoors to a large room or space, we can make accommodations.
Q. What video games are available to play?
We carry a comprehensive selection of the latest and most popular video games ranging from E to M in ratings. Most of our games are multi-player games and can be played online against other players.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A valid credit card or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your Max Adrenaline Mobile Video Gaming reservation. There will be a $50 cancellation fee (plus any applicable bank processing fees) for all parties or events canceled after payment is received. There will be a $100 cancellation fee for all parties or events canceled after payment is received and within 30 days of the scheduled event. NO REFUND in the event of customer cancellation within 14 days of your event. Max Adrenaline Mobile Video Gaming will make every effort to postpone your event with no additional cost to another date, should cancellation be necessary.

Servicing Kansas City Metropolitan Area within a 50-mile radius of 64157. Communities serviced include but are not limited to Kansas City, Liberty, Parkville, Kearney, Excelsior Springs, Overland Park, Lee’s Summit, Olathe, Independence, Lenexa, Leawood, NKC, Blue Springs, and Raytown. For locations over 50, miles please contact us.
